Pet Policy

Small dogs are permitted only and are allowed on a space available basis, which means a limited number of pets in a number of designated rooms. We would like all of our guests to enjoy their stay even the four legged ones. So please follow these restrictions:

• Small dogs are welcome generally under 25lbs except certain aggressive breeds.
• A $20.00 pet fee, per pet, each day will be required.
• Pets are not permitted in the pool area.
• Pets must be fully trained and appropriately restrained by guest.
• Pets must always be on a leash.
• Please be considerate of other guests, always pick up after your pet.
• Please make arrangements with housekeeping so your room can be serviced. Your room will not be cleaned if the pet is in the room without the owner present.
• If your pet becomes a NUISANCE (barking or damage) the management reserves the right to ask you to leave the property, WITHOUT A REFUND for your stay.
• Guests are responsible for all property damages and/or personal injuries resulting from their pet.
• There will be a charge for any damage or clean up due to your pet.
• Guests agree to indemnify and hold harmless the hotel, its owners and its operator from all liability and damage suffered as a result of the guest's pet. The hotel reserves the right to charge guest's account commensurate to the cost of such damages.
